About Me

Heyyy, I'm Noemie! 👋Â
I help busy people master their habits, own their wellbeing, and design a life they love—on their terms.

My Own Journey to Wellbeing
I used to think success meant pushing harder, working longer, and powering through. Like a lot of people, I put my wellbeing on the backburner — running on coffee, stress, and the occasional workout when I had time (spoiler: I rarely did, or inconsistently).
I was the queen of bad habits — late nights, too much wine, skipping meals, smoking to cope with stress, and telling myself sleep was optional. I looked like I kinda had it together on the outside… but inside, I was running on fumes.
Then the pandemic hit. Slowing down wasn’t a choice anymore — it was a wake-up call. I started making small changes, not because I had a grand plan, but because I honestly couldn’t keep going the way I was. And those small shifts? They changed EVERYTHING.
With a background in innovation and problem-solving, I realised I could apply the same tools — design thinking, behavioural science, creative experimentation — to my own life. Not to “fix” myself, but to actually feel stronger, more alive, and in charge of how I showed up.
That’s what led me to create Unwritten Coaching: a space where smart, capable humans can rewrite the rules, build habits that actually work in real life, and feel good doing it.
Wellbeing, by Design
I don’t believe in extremes, quick fixes, or shaming people into change. Real wellbeing isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being honest, staying curious, and making choices that actually work for your life.
My approach blends research-based methods with self-compassion, because the truth is, lasting change starts with understanding yourself, not fighting against who you are. And we change best when we feel good about ourselves!
We don’t need more rules — we need better tools. That’s why Unwritten Coaching is all about helping you cut through the noise, build habits that feel good and do good, and design a lifestyle that supports your goals, values, and real-life demands.
It’s wellbeing, by design — not by default.

I do what I do because...

-
Wellbeing is deeply personal—no one-size-fits-all solution exists.
-
Perfection is exhausting, and authenticity is empowering.
 -
Science-backed methods should be practical, accessible, and joyful.
-
Sustainable change comes from self-compassion, not self-criticism.
- You don’t need to be perfect, you just need to be consistent.
- Â
Everyone deserves to feel strong, balanced, and genuinely good in their bodies and minds.
Let's figure out your next step...
